Friends and Lovers Part 1

It had been a long, stress filled, pained year for Tara, but with her move to Florida she felts things were going to get better. Plus her best friend Carrie had come with.

"Hey Carrie I have to run and get more hard disks, I'll be back soon." Tara called.

"Ok I'll here. See ya" Carrie yelled back

"Damn this store is hugh" Tara mummbled making her way back to what she needed. She grabbed what she needed and just as she turned around was shoved from behind. Tara landed hard on her wrist with a thud and sickening crack. She rolled over on her back yelping as pain shot up her arm.

"Oh my god are you ok?" two guys asked kneeling beside her.

"I think my wrist is broken." Tara said through pain and cleetched teeth.

"Here let's get you to the nearest hosptial" the tall guys said scooping her up in his arms.

"Hey I can walk" Tara said.

"Nonsense, I just injured you it is the least I can do. Besides you weigh what 90lbs.?"

"95 actually" Tara said as they placed her in the front seat.

"Just wondering...not trying to be rude. But who are you guys?" Tara asked turning in her seat so she could view the two of them

"I'm Nick Carter" The tall one driving said.

"And I am AJ McLean" The blue haired on said.

Tara just looked at them in shock. "Your kidding right?" She finally asked taking a good look at them.

"Nope, that would be us" Nick said

"I take it you are just realizing it is us?" AJ asked.

"Yes, I am a big fan of your music, very inspirational songs." Tara said whincing slightly.

Nick and AJ bothed beemed. "Thanks" they said at once. Tara just giggled.

"Oh and by the way. I am Tara Roberts"

Tara and AJ talked as Nick drove on. 'She is so cute, and tiny about 5 foot even long curly black hair. Big clear almost white blue eyes.' Nick thought to himself. He didn't realize he tuned them out until AJ shook him. "Earth to Nick?" AJ said.

"Hmmmm" Nick replied.

"Are you comin in with us?" AJ asked. Nick hadn't even realized that they were there already.

"Oh yeah comin" Nick called running to catch up with them.

"There you are Ms. Roberts, come back in 4 weeks. and here is your pain medication." The Doctor said leaving the room.

Tara hopped off the bed. "Thanks for staying and for driving me back to my car" Tara said as the apporched her car. Tara suddenly began to giggle her laughs getting louder.

"Oh I bet the is the medication. Nick I will follow you in her car. She can't drive like that." AJ said hopping in her car.

Nick pulled up in to her driveway looking over saw that she was fast asleep. Quietly her picked her up and they walked in to the house. Carrie thought she heard Tara come in until she heard guy voices. Slowly she crept out to see holding her bat tightly. She gasp when she saw to guys holding Tara talking quielty. She jumped out her bat poised.

"HEY STOP! PUT HER DOWN AND NO ONE GETS HURT" Carrie yelled ready to swing her bat. Nick and AJ jumped about 10 feet in the air. Although she scarred the livin shit out of him AJ couldn't resist checking her out. She was about 5'6 short blonde hair, big brown eyes. Wearing guys boxers and a tank top.

"hey its ok we can explain. Don't hurt us" AJ said holding his hands up. Carrie looked at them, but saw that they didn't mean any harm and put the bat down. She lead them in to the living room. Laying Tara down on the couch Nick then joined them at the bar. About 1/2 hour later they explained the story and where having a blast.

"Carrie would you like to go out with me tonight" AJ asked quickly.

"I would love to AJ" She said licking her lips.

"Why don't you go get ready on we can go." AJ asked.

"Sure, but what about Tara?" Carrie asked standing up. Nick saw a opportunity and took it.

"I'll stay with her" he said quickly.

"OK" Carrie said and ran upstairs to get ready. Nick and AJ just grinned at each other. 20 minutes later Carrie came down stairs. She was dressed in a white silk tank top and a red silk skirt. White sandels to top it off.

"You look beautiful" AJ said kissing her hand.

"Don't do anything that I wouldn't do" Nick called as he sat on the living room couch to watch TV.

After a romantic candle lit dinner Carrie and AJ walked along the beach hand in hand.

"This is really nice" AJ said as the walked along the surf running around their legs.

"Yeah it is, I feel like I have known you forever, I am really enjoying myself." Carrie said squeezing his hand. AJ stopped and turned towards her. Cupping her face with his hands he brought her lips to meet his. Kissing her brought fire to his body like no one has ever before. He moan when her tongue slide between his lips searching for his.

They slowly sank down never breaking the kisses. AJ laid on top her. There hands roaming and pulling clothes off. Pulling back AJ looked deep in to her eyes. "Make love to me AJ" Carrie whispered in his ear. AJ just anwsered by sliding gently inside her. White hot passion consumed them. Clinging to each other there cries of pleasure filling the night sky. AJ thrust faster and faster as Carrie begged for more. Giving out long animal like moans the climaxed in a whirlwind of pleasure.

AJ laid in her arms feeling her nails running slowly up and down his back. He sighed for he had never felt so content.

Nick feel asleep beside Tara after a while. But woke up to smell something good. He slowly made his way out to find Tara pulling fresh made pizza out of the oven and on to the table. Tara grinned when she saw him walk in looking hungery.

"Join me?" She asked.

"Sure, I could never refuse pizza" he said sitting down across from her.

"So you have a nice nap?" Tara asked laughing when she saw Nick blush.

"I should be asking you the same thing" Nick shoot back. "Hey, it was my medication dumbass. I have an excuse." Tara said defending herself.

"Oh sure use that excuse, I should just call you crack head than" Nick said laughing at the look on her face.

"Crack head huh? well then I name you dumbass" Tara said clearing away the dishes.

Both looked at one another and laughed till their stomachs hurt.

"So dumbass I have a dinner meeting tomorrow, black tie, would you care to join me?"

Nick jumped up and down for joy inside. Keeping his cool he smiled.

"I would love to crack head." Tara grin widen. "Great" They continued talking untio they heard Carrie and AJ walk threw the doors. Nick and Tara laughed at the sight of their rumpled sand fill appearence. "Come on Bone, we need to get home" Nicksaid grabbing his keys. AJ looked reluctant to go but knew he had to.

"Alright, Nite Carrie" AJ said kissing her lips before he walked outside.

"Nite AJ" Carrie whispered. After they walked outside Tara turned to Carrie, wanting details.

"Talk....morning....nite" Carrie murmured out literally floating up to her room.

Tara was so happy as she crawled into bed thinking of Nick and how happy Carrie and AJ were.

"Oh SHIT! Carrie I have to pick up Nick. I'm going to be late! So, girl am I a 10 or what?" Tara asked rushing around. She was dressed in a white slip dress slit up one side, white strappy five inch heels, and her hair swept up in a twist. "Wonderful darlin....go" Carrie said.

"Ok bye!" Tara shouted. She hopped in her car and drove to Nicks. She nervously walked up the walk way. Taking a deep breath she rang the bell. A tall beautiful blond hair girl answered.

"Hi I'm BJ, Nick's sister. Come on in" BJ said. Tara blew out the breath that she had been holding.

"Hello I'm Tara Roberts." She said shaking BJ hand.

"Tara you look stunning" Nick said coming to her side and kissing her hand. Tara blushed a deep crimson. She drank him in, he looked so handsome in a black vest suit, his hair combed back.

"You don't look to bad yourself dumbass" Tara said. Nick grinned a toothy grin. "Thanks crack head." BJ looked at them like they were both crazy. She laughed at the them and shoved them out the door.

Half way threw dinner Tara and Mr. Weston's (her hopeful boss) wife excused themselves to the ladies room. Leaving Mr. Westion, his assitant Greg, and Nick. Nick just sat there listening to them talk. They didn't realize that Nick could here everything that they were saying.

"Tara would be great. She would get the head production job, but she is so free I don't know. It would be different say if she was to be married. Than I could trust her not to leave the company." Mr. Weston said to Greg. Greg just nodded.

Nick got so angry. He had watched her one flim and knew how great she was. An idea popped into his head. He excused himself and called BJ and had her bring in Gram's old wedding ring. BJ was there in a minute. Nick thanked her and said he would explain later. He met Tara and as the walked back to the table he pulled her a side.

"Hey crack head, just follow my lead on something...don't question till we are alone later." Nick asked.

"Sure dumbass...whatever you want." Tara said and they sat back down.

Nick stood up "Excuse me I have something I would like to ask Tara and I want you all the witness." Nick got down on one knee pulling out the ring. Nick caught the happy face of Mr. Weston and smiled.

"Tara Roberts will you make me happy and become Mrs. Nickolas Carter" Tara was so shocked but recovered as she saw her boss beem. Although she thought she was going to have a stroke she remember Nick's warning from before.

"I would love to become Mrs. Nickolas Carter" Tara cried hugging him tightly.

"Congradulations Nick and Tara, more good news, Tara you have the job" Mr. Weston said.

"Thank you Thank you Mr.Weston." Tara said shaking his hand. Nick saw how happy she was and just smiled....hoping she would be ok with what he had to tell her later.

"Now you to go home and tell everyone the news. How about we all meet again next week, my house, casual dress." Mr. Weston asked.

Nick and Tara smiled. "Sure we will see you then" Nick said shaking his hand.

Nick and Tara walked out hand in hand. Nick sighed hoping she would go along with this for her career...at least until it took off.
